All comments and rating information held on this site has been provided by customers.
All comments and ratings entered are subjected to moderation for offensive language, libelous or defamatory content only. Comments and ratings are those provided by customers and are published unchanged except for such moderation.
Where possible businesses are contacted by tadpoll to verify that the name, address and contact information is correct.
We attempt to verify every customer’s name and address to ensure they are genuine.
We e-mail businesses whenever a new rating or comment has been added to the site, and give them an opportunity to object to the comment should they wish to do so. All comments are treated in strict confidence, and the personal details of customers are never disclosed.
All information held and provided by this site is done so in good faith.
tadpoll does not accept responsibility for the ratings and comments given: we cannot be held responsible for the opinions of our customers.
