Where possible tradespeople shown here have been contacted by tadpoll to verify that the name, address and contact information is correct.
We attempt to check customers' names and addresses to ensure they are genuine.
We e-mail tradespeople whenever a new rating or comment has been added to the site, and give them an opportunity to object to the comment. All comments are treated in strict confidence, and the personal details of customers are never disclosed.
All information held and provided by this site is done so in good faith.
tadpoll does not accept responsibility for the ratings and comments given. Whilst we try to verify that the information given to us is correct, we cannot be held responsible for the opinions of our customers.

As a user or member of the tadpoll website we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the site subject to the terms and conditions herein. We may terminate your licences to use the site at any time should you fail to comply with those terms and conditions.
